Elite Experience, Exceptional Insight
Tier 3 caddies represent the highest level of the YCC network. These caddies have extensive experience working with competitive golfers and possess advanced knowledge of course strategy, green reading, tournament play, and player management.

Tier 2 caddies have demonstrated consistent performance and experience assisting golfers in a variety of playing conditions. They provide advanced course knowledge, green reading assistance, and strategic insight to help golfers maximize their round.

Building Experience, Delivering Service
Tier 1 caddies have completed YCC training and are developing their on-course experience. They are knowledgeable golfers who provide bag management, pace-of-play support, yardages, and exceptional customer service while continuing to grow their caddie skills under YCC standards.
